Our Approach to Soft Tissue Rehabilitation:

Thorough Assessment: Our experienced chiropractors will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand the extent of your soft tissue injury, identify areas of dysfunction, and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Advanced Techniques: We utilize a variety of advanced soft tissue techniques to facilitate healing and recovery. These may include:

  • Washa: This specialized instrument-assisted technique helps detect and break down scar tissue, promoting improved range of motion and reduced pain.

  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM): By using specially designed tools, our chiropractors can effectively address soft tissue restrictions, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue healing.

  • Myofascial Release: This gentle technique targets tightness and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, to alleviate pain and restore mobility.

  • Cupping: Cupping is a traditional therapy that involves placing specialized cups on the skin to create suction. The suction created by the cups draws the skin and underlying tissues into the cup, promoting increased blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and the release of tension in the muscles and connective tissues.

  • Post Isometric relaxation (PIR): Post-isometric relaxation is a technique used to release tension and increase flexibility in targeted muscles. It involves a series of muscle contractions followed by relaxation to help achieve a greater range of motion. During a PIR session, our chiropractors will guide you through a series of controlled contractions, followed by a period of relaxation, to encourage the muscles to release and elongate.
